Applications for Assistance Now Being Accepted
Helpful Hearts Foundation is now accepting applications for assistance. The first step in the process is to determine if the deceased is eligible for the Wisconsin Funeral and Cemetery Aids Program. This can be done by contacting us and providing some basic information. We will contact the state and notify the applicant of the results. If the deceased is eligible for the state funded program, the applicant can contact their funeral home of choice and utilize that program. If they are not eligible for the state program, they are then allowed to apply to Helpful Hearts for consideration of funding.
The maximum allowed grant is $2,000.00 (not to exceed funeral bill). To download an application, please click here.
